See My Name took on a major issue that female athletes still face: inequality and lack of awareness. By sacrificing brand recognition for player recognition, we used our sponsorship to increase women's visibility, simply by choosing where our logo was placed. As most women have long hair that covers their names, by placing the Molson logo at the top, their names were moved to a much more visible place, under their number. Then we launched the jerseys on women's hockey's biggest stage, the PWHL.
